Job Description:
We’re delighted to be partnering with a Housing Association to recruit an interim Year End Accountant. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering statutory accounts and coordinating audit schedules within the housing sector.
Key duties:
*Lead the year-end process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and audit-ready
*Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with sector-specific regulations and requirements
*Support the finance team through a busy reporting period, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations
Candidate profile:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Experience working within Housing Associations is essential
*Demonstratable experience leading year end processes
Role information:
*Contract length: 6 months
*Day rate: £400 - £450
*Location: London (will consider remote working)
