We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site based in the North West.
Assessment Process
The on-site assessment will include:
*Brief CV-based interview
*Highly sensitive urine drug test
*Basic English and Maths test
*Colour Blindness test
Shift Patterns (rotational – full flexibility required)
Option 1: Monday to Friday
*6am – 2pm
*2pm – 10pm
*10pm – 6am
Or
Option 2: 4 on / 4 off
*6am – 6pm (days)
*6pm – 6am (nights)
(2 days / 2 nights)
Role Overview
*Progression to independent machine operation following full training
*Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery in line with company standards and health & safety procedures
*Adjusting machines and carrying out basic checks to ensure quality and efficiency
*Meeting production targets in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
*Manual packing and handling of finished products weighing up to 25kg
