Job Description:
Job Title: Geoenvironmental Engineer
Location: Leicester
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geoenvironmental Engineer to join a growing consultancy based in Leicester. This role offers the chance to work on a wide range of contaminated land, ground investigation and remediation projects across the UK.
You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to technically challenging projects while benefiting from clear progression opportunities and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering Phase 1 and Phase 2 contaminated land assessments
*Interpreting site investigation data and producing technical reports
*Undertaking risk assessments and remediation strategies
*Liaising with clients, regulators and contractors
*Supporting project delivery from inception through to completion
Requirements:
*Degree in Geoenvironmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or a related discipline
*Experience in contaminated land or ground investigation projects
*Knowledge of UK environmental legislation and guidance
*Strong report writing and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence
