Job Opportunity: Private Client Associate Solicitor – 4+ PQE
Location: Flexible/Remote (Glasgow office attendance approx. once per month)
Overview:
An English & Wales-qualified Solicitor is sought to join a leading English law Private Client team. You will advise on estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, executry administration and cross-border succession, working closely with tax, corporate, family and litigation specialists. The role also involves supporting client relationships and contributing to business development.
Role Requirements:
*Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
*Advising on trusts, estate planning and executry administration
*Handling cross-border succession and tax matters
*Supporting business development and training initiatives
*Maintaining compliance with information security policies
Experience:
*4+ years PQE in English private client law
*Experience advising high net worth clients desirable
*Able to manage own caseload and supervise junior colleagues
*Interest in cross-border succession planning
Skills:
