Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be the link between warehouse and transport teams, ensuring pallet network operations run efficiently:
* Coordinate and supervise network activities to maintain operational standards

* Allocate and label pallet network freight accurately

* Organise segregation of pallet network trunks for onward distribution

* Scan network trunks and maintain high accuracy (95%)

* Assist with forklift driving during peak periods (valid FLT licence required)

* Liaise with pallet networks and customers for updates

* Support national logistics operations and provide guidance to drivers

* Monitor and enforce load security and safe handling of freight

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and conduct equipment checks

* Provide administrative support in the warehouse, including scanning, manifesting, and record-keeping

What we’re looking for:
We want someone reliable, hands-on, and confident working in a fast-paced logistics environment:
* Previous experience in transport, warehouse operations, or warehouse administration (pallet network experience desirable)

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

* Valid forklift licence (counterbalance)

* IT literate, comfortable with scanning and manifesting systems

* Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
