Job Description:
Refuse Driver (Cat C) – Isle of Wight
Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Refuse Driver to work for our client in Newport.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused driver looking for consistent work within an essential service.
The Role:
*Driving a Category C (Class 2) refuse vehicle
*Assisting with refuse and recycling collections
*Working as part of a crew to complete daily routes efficiently
*Carrying out vehicle checks and adhering to all health & safety regulations
Requirements:
*Valid Cat C (Class 2) licence
*CPC in date
*Digital Tachograph card
*Previous refuse driving experience essential
*Good knowledge of road safety and manual handling
*Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
