Audit Manager | Oxfordshire | £70,000 – £80,000

The Role As Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse audit portfolio across a range of sectors, including owner-managed businesses, larger corporates, and not-for-profit organisations. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and will work closely with partners to ensure consistently high standards are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion and sign-off
*Managing and reviewing the work of on-site audit teams
*Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements under UK GAAP
*Acting as the main client contact during audit assignments
*Identifying audit and business risks, and providing practical recommendations
*Mentoring, developing, and supporting trainees and senior team members
*Liaising with partners on delivery, resourcing, and client matters
What You’ll Bring *ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong background in external audit within UK practice
*Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
*Proven experience managing audit assignments and supervising teams
*Confident, professional communicator with strong client-facing skills
*Organised, commercially aware, and proactive in your approach
