Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 PLUS bonuses
Located in Knowsley & Stoneycroft
We are recruiting on behalf of a Private Provider for an experienced Dual Registered Manager to lead two new children’s residential homes in Knowsley and Stoneycroft.
This is a fantastic opportunity to open and develop new services from the ground up, embedding a positive culture and delivering high-quality, therapeutic care. The role is ideal for a confident, values-led manager with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Ofsted standards.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of two children’s residential homes, ensuring safe, nurturing environments where young people can thrive. You will lead recruitment, develop teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes across both services.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the opening and development of two new residential homes
*Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards
*Build, develop, and inspire high-performing care teams
*Deliver high-quality, therapeutic and child-centred care
*Drive positive culture, performance, and outcomes
Key Requirements
*Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
*Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
*Ofsted registration (or eligibility to register)
*Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
*Proven leadership and team development experience
