Senior Warehouse Operative / Step Up Team Leader

Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00 but flexibility to start from as early as 6am when required!
£13.79 per hour + Enhanced weekend OT available during busy periods.
We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative/Step up Team Leader/Step up Supervisor to join a busy site in DIRFT.
This is a multi skilled role, combining: warehouse duties, team leading and administration.
This is a varied role and duties will include:
*Picking and packing customer orders
*Unloading and loading
*Palletising goods, wrapping, banding etc.
*Acting as a step up Team leader in the absence of the Supervisor
*Distributing workload across the team
*Liaising with customers via email, phone call and teams calls
*Raising orders on the system
*Other supporting duties
To be considered you will have:
*Previous warehouse operative experience
*Previous leadership experience
*Be computer literate and have experience using different WMS’
*Be a confident communicator via phone call, emails and on teams calls.
*Be a natural problem solver
