About the Role
We’re supporting a professional organisation seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their administrative career.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House & Reception
*Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
*Answer incoming calls and handle basic enquiries
*Direct messages to the relevant team members
*Keep the reception and meeting room areas tidy and presentable
*Prepare refreshments and ensure rooms are set up for meetings
Administrative Support
*Manage diary bookings and support with meeting coordination
*Handle printing tasks, voicemail emails, and general office queries
*Monitor shared inboxes and action basic admin tasks
Post & Document Management
*Process incoming and outgoing mail, including recorded deliveries
*Scan, name, and organise documents accurately
*File physical documents and maintain well-organised records
*Support with archiving and closing files as needed
Office Support
*Maintain office cleanliness and a professional environment
*Assist with stationery stock checks and replenishment

*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
*Professional, polite, and proactive approach to work
*Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
*Team-focused attitude with willingness to support colleagues
*Basic IT skills and eagerness to learn new systems
