Our client is the UK’s largest, most successful electrical wholesaler and due to retirement, they are looking for a Retail Salesperson to work in the Luton Team.
Known for exceptional customer service, the company invests in employee training to ensure teams consistently meet customer needs with superior expertise.


Hours: 40 hrs a week
Parking: Free
Salary: £30K (time worked on Saturday at an additional time and a half)
Location: On-site Luton, LU3 3BF




About the Role
This full-time Retail Salesperson role is based on-site in Luton. Duties include:
*Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions face to face via the trade counter, over the phone and email.
*Building and maintaining customer accounts
*Supporting the sales process and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
*Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service.


About you:
Are you a reliable Retail Salesperson, looking to work in a busy exciting environment
*Internal Sales and Lead Generation skills
*Proven ability in Customer Service and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction
*Experience with Account Management and building lasting client relationships
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment
*Previous experience in electrical wholesale or a related industry is a plus as customers are mainly professional electricians.
*Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales goals
*Team player
