Hours: Full-time, office-based (Monday-Friday)
About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Housing Association for a robust and customer-focused Housing Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong customer engagement experience.
You will act as a key point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.
Key Responsibilities * Managing high volumes of customer and tenant enquiries (phone, email, and in person)
* Providing clear, professional responses while handling challenging situations calmly
* Updating internal systems and databases accurately
* Managing correspondence, documentation, and case notes
* Liaising with housing officers, contractors, and internal departments
* Supporting the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks
About You * Proven experience in customer engagement, housing, local authority, or property environments
* Resilient, confident, and able to handle difficult conversations professionally
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a busy, office-based role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
