Pro-rata salary based on £38,000 OTE (base + commission)

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help drive growth across a large portfolio of direct corporate clients.
This is a part-time position 20-25 hours a week, ideal for someone who thrives in outbound business development, enjoys speaking with decision-makers, and is confident working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
*Proactively identify and engage decision-makers within large corporate organisations
*Partner closely with the Sales Team to support growth within direct accounts
*Conduct outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to open conversations
*Book high-quality, qualified appointments for the Sales team
*Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs
*Spot opportunities such as relocation’s, renewals, or organisational change
*Grow opportunities inside existing accounts while opening new ones
*Attend customer events where relevant to build pipeline and deepen relationships
Requirements: *High-energy, personable, and confident in engaging conversations
*Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
*Able to operate autonomously and manage your workload effectively
*Commercially aware with the confidence to speak to senior stakeholders
*Strong in both written and verbal communication
*Positive, resilient, and bring a sense of humour to your work
*Desirable: Experience in corporate environments, B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or other high-performance commercial roles
