JOB TITLE: Corporate Paralegal
LOCATION: Berkshire

THE ROLE: A Corporate team is looking for a paralegal to support a fast-moving transactional practice. Working alongside partners and solicitors, the role offers hands-on involvement across a wide range of corporate and finance matters.

The work covers business acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements and restructurings, giving exposure to both early-stage companies and complex, high-value transactions. Day to day, the paralegal will be involved in:

*Setting up and running virtual data rooms
*Supporting company secretarial requirements, including board minutes, statutory registers and Companies House filings
*Preparing supporting documentation for corporate and finance transactions
*Undertaking targeted legal and commercial research
*Assisting with compliance processes and file management, alongside general administrative support


The team is seeking a highly organised individual with a strong academic background, excellent IT skills and confidence working with detailed documentation. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple tasks at pace.
