Job Description:
Join our client as they power the future of offshore wind. We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day performance, safety, and efficiency of the CTV fleet—ensuring our vessels, crews, and operations run at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
*Oversee daily CTV operations, ensuring smooth, safe crew and equipment transfers.
*Plan vessel schedules, routes, and resources to maximise uptime and productivity.
*Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with ISM, IMO, and offshore standards.
*Work closely with Crewing and Engineering teams to maintain vessel readiness and crew compliance.
*Oversee maintenance planning, repairs, and asset performance.
*Manage operational budgets, monitor key costs, and drive efficiencies.
*Maintain accurate logs, reports, and regulatory documentation.
*Act as a key point of contact for clients and offshore partners, ensuring excellent service delivery.
What You’ll Bring
*Experience in maritime or offshore operations (CTV/offshore wind advantageous).
*Strong understanding of maritime safety, ISM/IMO regulations, and offshore standards.
*Confident leadership with experience managing crews or operational teams.
*Strong organisational, problem-solving, and logistics skills.
*Financial awareness, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
*Clear communication and strong stakeholder management abilities.
