As a Customer Service Representative/E-Commerce Assistant you will be a key member of the team handling a wide range of duties with room to grow alongside the business.
EXPERIENCE CONDUCTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A CLOTHING RETAIL/FASHION ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL.
THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED!
Key Responsibilities:
*Schedule listings on social media platforms.
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and social media.
*Handle objections and complaints professionally and respectfully.
*Conduct missing parcel investigations.
*Use the AI-powered E-commerce helpdesk system to raise and action tickets.
*Keeping abreast of reviews on Trust Pilot and engaging the customers in response to those reviews.
*Use SHOPIFY to navigate the online store, doing things like creating and removing products and giving customers product information.
Personal Requirements:
*Experience in Customer Services for at least 2 years is essential.
*An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is essential.
*Basic IT skills required (full training will be provided on internal systems).
*Previous experience with Shopify is not essential but desirable.
*Understanding and use of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).
*An enthusiasm to learn.
*Demonstratable multi-tasking skills.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday - Please note this role is fully office based.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
