DevOps / Platform Support Engineer - Kubernetes, Azure - Battersea, London (Hybrid)
(Tech stack: DevOps, Platform Support, Kubernetes, Azure, Grafana, GitLab CI/CD, Azure SQL)
Our client is a well-established legal technology company delivering cloud-based software to customers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. They are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Support Engineer to help keep their Kubernetes platforms stable, secure, and running smoothly.
This role is focused on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day platform support, working closely with an international DevOps team to support live and staging environments.
What you’ll be doing:
*Monitoring production platforms using Grafana and Lens.
*Responding to alerts and resolving live incidents.
*Supporting Kubernetes operations, including failed startups, resource issues, and upgrades.
*Troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.
*Supporting live and staging environments, including certificates, databases, and releases.
*Assisting with migrations and maintaining Azure-hosted SQL.
*Working with global teams to improve platform reliability and operations.
What you’ll bring:
*Strong experience supporting Kubernetes in production.
*Hands-on experience with Grafana and alerting tools.
*Good knowledge of CI/CD, ideally GitLab.
*Experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure SQL.
*Confident troubleshooting live systems in a support-focused DevOps role.
