*Nursery School - 1:1 support
*Hours: 8.30am - 4pm
*£90 -£100 per day

A popular Nursery School in Brockley are looking for a full time, SEN Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their school from February 2026 - July 2026 to provide 1 to 1 support. As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the pupil’s learning, development, and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Providing tailored 1:1 support to a child who would need support using Makaton
*Supporting the development of communication skills, including the use of visual aids, PECS, Makaton, or other alternative communication methods
*Supporting social interaction and emotional regulation, helping the child to build positive relationships with peers and adults
*Adapting learning materials and activities to meet the child’s individual needs
*Supporting the child during transitions, playtimes, and other unstructured parts of the school day
