Looking for a new role in warranty administration?
Exciting opportunity with a leading brand at a main car dealership
Salary: £28,000 basic (DOE) + bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00am – 17:00pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a busy and successful main dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment and understands the standards and attention to detail required within a franchised dealer.
The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the Aftersales team by ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities include:
*Processing and submitting warranty claims in line with manufacturer guidelines
*Liaising with workshop, service, and manufacturer representatives
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation
*Ensuring compliance with brand and manufacturer standards
*Supporting the team to deliver a first-class customer experience
About You
*Previous experience in warranty administration (main dealer experience preferred)
*Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative skills
*Confident communicator with a professional approach
*Able to work effectively within a team environment
*Flexible, organised, and able to manage workload efficiently
*Kerridge experience is an advantage
*Customer-focused with a commitment to high standards
