About our client

Our client is currently seeking to further strengthen and expand its investor relations capabilities and as such, they are seeking a bright, commercially-minded French speaking Investor Relations Analyst or Associate in their London or Paris office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with our French speaking investors and contribute to the overall success of the firm’s fundraising and communication efforts. What the job involves
*Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials, including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, case studies, teasers and other relevant materials
*Monitor and maintain data rooms during fundraising processes
*Prepare high-quality investor presentations, quarterly reports and other ad hoc analyses
*Work in close partnership with French coverage professionals and partners supporting fundraising efforts from investor mapping through to data-room access, diligence processes and on-boarding
*Supporting ongoing client servicing with a focus on French speaking investors
*Develop a relationship with and collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations, compliance, deal teams, etc.) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of investor information
Who we are looking for *Degree educated with previous experience in investor relations or at a placement agent. Previous technical training in investment banking or accounting is highly desirable
*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling materials
*Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
*Comprehensive understanding of private equity transactions, including key KPIs, important financial metrics, valuation methodologies and value creation strategies
*Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
*Fluent in French and English, other European languages would be a plus
