Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graduate Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing function. This role is ideal for a recent graduate keen to develop hands-on experience across digital marketing, brand development, content creation, and campaign delivery in a fast-moving consultancy environment.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership and sales teams to help grow our brand presence, generate leads, and support go-to-market activity.
Key Responsibilities*Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
*Create and schedule content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
*Support production of case studies, presentations, proposals, and thought-leadership content.
*Help maintain CRM systems and marketing databases.
*Track campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and lead generation.
*Support event marketing, webinars, and client-facing initiatives.
*Conduct market and competitor research.
*Help ensure brand guidelines are followed across all materials.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
*Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
*Interest in B2B marketing, technology, or consulting.
*Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
*Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
*Collaborative and eager to learn.
Desirable:
*Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
*Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
*Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, or analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
*Experience from internships, university societies, or personal projects.
