Role OverviewWe are seeking an ambitious Graduate Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career in technology project delivery, client management, and consulting.
You will work closely with senior Project Managers and consultants to support the planning and execution of client projects while developing the skills needed to independently manage workstreams over time.
Key Responsibilities*Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and delivering technology projects.
*Maintain project documentation including timelines, RAID logs, reports, and meeting notes.
*Assist in organising and facilitating internal and client meetings, tracking actions and outcomes.
*Update project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
*Monitor progress against plans and flag risks or issues early.
*Help coordinate resources and dependencies across teams.
*Communicate project updates to stakeholders with guidance from senior team members.
*Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and templates.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
*Strong organisational and time-management skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication.
*Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
*Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
*Motivated to build a career in project management or consulting.
Desirable:
*Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (academic or internship experience welcomed).
*Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
*Degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
*Internship or placement year in a professional services environment.
