Job Description:
Are you looking to work in a corporate office in the City of London? Based in the office with 1 day working from home and as part of an amazingly friendly team you will be managing incoming/outgoing documents, liaising with internal stakeholders, scanning, emailing, printing, filing and uploading documents on a daily basis, arranging for electronic document signatures, as well as making documents changes – converting to PDF, extracting pages, adding text and archiving of documents. Together with your team colleagues you will be the go to person for incoming document enquiries as well as managing the Team email inbox, arranging couriers, and dealing with general enquiries.
With no previous office experience required this role will suit an individual with professional communication skills, a warm, helpful, friendly personality, excellent Microsoft office skills, strong attention to detail and someone who is a strong team player and keen to prove themselves.
