Job Description:
Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Deputy Manager to work with individuals with complex needs?
Responsibilities of the role:
*To assist the Manager in ensuring the effective, safe and profitable running of all locations
*Assist with individual referrals
*Provide support to all staff within the group on a 24 hour on call basis
*Ability to work 2 weekends per month
*Assist with management of staff
Requirements:
*Experience of working with people with complex needs desirable
*NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 mandatory working toward Level 5
*Excellent communication skills
*Team player
*Good organisational skills
*Drivers license
*Must be on call one weekend per month
Our client offers use of company vehicle during shifts, 28 days holiday, social events and career development/training
