Job Description:
Nursery Manager
This is a Newly opened Nursery, looking for a nursery manager with experience to help support them as they grow.
Responsibilities:
To Support all staff and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff
To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculums are always implemented and adhered to
To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels
To implement an effective parent liaison program, to be influential in developing strong links with parents
To manage all day-to-day operations of the nursery
Work occasional weekends for local marketing and experiential events to support the nursery launch

Lead your team to deliver outstanding education in line with the Curriculum.
Be a people leader – recruiting, developing, and nurturing a brilliant team.
Champion safeguarding and wellbeing, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
Take ownership of your nursery’s performance, delivering commercial success while maintaining our quality.
Keep our nursery shining – overseeing our health and safety, risk assessments, and EYFS compliance to make sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
Engage with the local community and key partners, proudly representing the nursery and building lasting connections.
Champion continuous improvement, keeping practice fresh, creative, and Outstandingly Outstanding.
Bring positivity, flexibility, and passion to everything you do, helping the site go beyond every single day.
Has previous experience in a nursery leadership role
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of a level 3 or above in childcare
Benefits:
