A reputable and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to join their busy, Manchester based office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and leadership, manage junior support staff, and play a key role in client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the role
*Supervise and develop assistant staff to support successful case progression.
*Ensure compliance with internal protocols, professional regulations, and quality standards.
*Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties.
*Delegate key tasks including drafting reports, issuing contracts, preparing searches and statements.
*Monitor and enhance the quality of client service within your team.
About You
The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role will ideally have 2 years previous experience within this area of law, is looking to embed themselves in a close-knit team and has fantastic client care and organisational skills.
