Senior Salesperson
Salary: £32,000–£34,000
Location: Norwich
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
A long-established supplier within the home improvement and construction sector is looking to appoint a Senior Sales professional for one of their flagship Norfolk branches. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understands trade environments, and is motivated by helping a branch achieve commercial success.
What you’ll be doing
*Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers visiting the branch or calling in, offering guidance on a wide mix of construction and DIY products.
*Producing quotations, tracking follow-ups, and actively uncovering new opportunities to grow revenue.
*Supporting the smooth running of daily operations through accurate paperwork, stock checks, and general admin duties.
*Keeping displays, counters, and product areas tidy, stocked, and visually engaging.
*Sharing product knowledge with colleagues and staying updated on new ranges and industry trends.
*Contributing to team targets and supporting junior staff members when needed.

*Enthusiastic about learning and developing new product or technical knowledge.
