Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team and help keep the sales process running smoothly in the NE7 7UH area. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning client with an annual turnover of £3 million and a strong reputation in their industry. In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customers and sales reps get the information and support they need—fast and accurately.

Sales Support – Key Responsibilities
*Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
*Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales documents
*Process orders and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system
*Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
*Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment
*Respond to customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate team members
*Schedule meetings, follow up on leads, and track sales activities
*Assist with sales presentations, marketing materials, and account updates
*Help identify process improvements to make the sales workflow more efficient
Sales Support – Qualifications
*Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is preferred
*Strong organizational and time-management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
*Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
*Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
*Team player with a customer-focused mindset
Sales Support – From You
*Experience working in a sales or account management environment
*Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
*Basic understanding of sales processes and pipelines
