Team Assistant - Leading Investment Bank

A prestigious global investment bank based in Mayfair is seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support a busy group of senior bankers. The Role You will provide administrative support to a combination of senior professionals including Managing Directors, Vice Presidents and Associates, while working closely with other assistants across the business. This position requires someone confident, detail-focused and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.


Key Responsibilities *Managing expense claims, receipts and deal code allocation
*Processing team invoices and ensuring correct coding
*Printing, binding, photocopying and scanning documents
*Complex diary management and scheduling across international time zones (Zoom, Teams)
*Handling telephone calls, messages and day-to-day team support
*Maintaining internal spreadsheets and updating CRM/contact databases (Salesforce)
*Booking taxis, couriers and arranging international travel
*Supporting team events such as conferences and closing dinners
*Providing general administration and occasional cover for other assistants


Experience & Qualifications *Strong academic background, ideally including A-levels
*Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar professional environment
