A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives within its high-profile Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations (LAI) practice. This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a seasoned BD professional with deep expertise in dispute-focused legal services and a passion for driving revenue growth through innovative, data-led strategies.

What you’ll do:


*Lead the development and delivery of BD strategies for the LAI practice, aligned with global objectives.
*Build strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to drive strategic growth.
*Oversee high-profile pitches and panel submissions, ensuring market-leading proposals.
*Harness data-driven insights for opportunity spotting, pipeline management, and horizon scanning.
*Collaborate across global BD teams to ensure connectivity and leverage shared resources.
*Mentor junior BD professionals, fostering capability and excellence within the team.
What we’re looking for:

*Extensive BD experience within legal services, ideally in litigation, arbitration, or investigations.
*Proven ability to design and implement successful growth strategies.
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple geographies.
*Expertise in cross-selling, client targeting, and leveraging data for strategic decisions.
*A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced qualifications preferred).
