NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded wealth management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join their growing regional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-focused adviser who enjoys delivering holistic financial planning while being supported by an experienced paraplanning, administration and compliance function — allowing you to focus on building relationships and delivering great outcomes for clients.
The Role
You’ll provide tailored financial advice to new and existing clients, managing the full planning process from discovery through to ongoing reviews, while also supporting business growth through referrals and new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering holistic advice across investments, pensions, protection, tax planning and estate planning
*Conducting detailed fact-finds, risk profiling and financial planning analysis
*Reviewing existing arrangements and providing suitable recommendations
*Managing ongoing client relationships and conducting annual reviews
*Producing clear and compliant suitability reports
*Generating new business through referrals and professional connections
*Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance at all times
About You
*Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum requirement) although Chartered Status preffered
*CAS status and a current SPS
*Experience delivering regulated financial advice to retail clients
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Comfortable conducting meetings via face to face, video and telephone
*Experience using cashflow modelling tools
