An established and fast-growing FMCG business based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.


Operating in a high-volume, fast-paced consumer environment, the business continues to invest in people, processes, and systems to support its ambitious growth plans.


This role offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on financial leadership with genuine commercial influence, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and year-end statutory accounts
*Partner closely with operational and commercial teams to provide insightful financial analysis and decision support
*Drive cost control, margin improvement, and profitability across the FMCG supply chain
*Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and balance sheet integrity
*Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring strong controls and continuous improvement
*Act as a key point of contact for auditors, banks, and external advisors
*Support strategic projects, including investment appraisals, process improvements, and system enhancements


About You
*Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a fast-paced consumer environment
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insight
*Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing at senior level
*Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving business
