This is an excellent opportunity for any finalist/part-qualified management accountants to work in a highly autonomous role where you will be trusted to run the full end-to-end cycle for month end, working closely with the Group FC and providing key insights to investors & senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll be tasked with improving the monthly management accounts, and trusted to implement new controls and processes to speed up reporting process.

Description
*Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Reconcile accounts and manage financial discrepancies effectively.
*Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
*Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
*Monitor cash flow and prepare financial projections.
*Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Part-qualified management accountant, with clear month-end improvement experience.
*Previous experience within the property & real estate industry is highly advantageous.
*Strong Excel & manual reporting skills, with an ability to collate and understand information across the business.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
*Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams.
