Job Description:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Working Hours
*07:30am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staff
*Allocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when required
*Ensure production orders are completed in line with KPI targets
*Set, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targets
*Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
*Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shift
*Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
*Lead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
*Previous experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
*Strong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environments
*Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on duties
*Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
*Ability to motivate and manage team performance
Health & Safety
*Must have own safety boots and hi-vis
*Strong awareness of health and safety standards in a production or manufacturing environment
Desirable Skills (Optional)
*Experience in manufacturing or warehouse-based production environments
*Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
