OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy marketing team and ensure the successful delivery of marketing activity. Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role plays a key part in coordinating campaigns, managing a multidisciplinary team, and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident leading teams, and comfortable managing multiple areas of marketing at once while keeping delivery on track.
Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a diverse marketing team, supporting performance, collaboration and development
*Plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
*Translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable plans
*Manage workflows, priorities and deadlines across the team
*Monitor performance using KPIs and analytics to improve ROI
*Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product and Customer teams
*Ensure brand consistency, quality and tone of voice across all outputs
*Support the management and optimisation of the marketing budget
About You*5+ years’ marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
*Strong understanding of core marketing disciplines (digital, content, email, SEO, paid media, branding and social)
*Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Confident using data and analytics to inform decisions
*Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas
*Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
*Strong stakeholder management skills
