We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join a well-established business in the local area.
Office based Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
This role is crucial for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, providing exceptional after-sales support, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure recurring business.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
*Dispatch customer orders through the relevant transport company.
*Respond to customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
*Develop and maintain customer relations to ensure recurring business.
*Process sales and purchase invoices.
*Place supplier orders for buy-in goods and book in orders once delivered.
*Organise empty container collections and customer equipment maintenance.
*Open and distribute post, maintain stationary stock levels.
*Provide administrative support to all departments.
*Support the Office Supervisor in customer-facing activities and day-to-day administration.
Required Skills:
*Strong organizational skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Proficient IT skills, comfortable with office management software.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
