The ideal candidate:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

* Has recent experience teaching as a Year 1 Teacher in UK school

* Demonstrates strong classroom management and differentiated teaching skills

* Is creative, motivated, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential

* Works well as part of a team and contributes to a positive school culture
