Job Description:
BriteVox is a full-service face-to-face sales and professional fundraising agency, running innovative and creative campaigns for commercial businesses and non-profits, through a network of contracted independent Marketing Companies.
This is a crucial and detail-driven role that supports BriteVox in meeting and exceeding our contractual obligations from a compliance and quality perspective. The Compliance Administrator plays a central role in protecting supporter experience, maintaining high standards across our network, and ensuring we continue to deliver excellent service on behalf of our clients and partners.
The successful candidate will be organised, structured and confident working to a set weekly routine. This role operates with strict deadlines and time-sensitive partner requirements, consistency, accuracy and follow-through are essential. Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate and manage mystery shopping activity in line with client and contractual requirements
*Upload mystery shop results to BriteVox’s internal CRM accurately and on time
*Share findings with partners and request feedback/statements within agreed timescales
*Support welcome call reporting, reviewing outcomes to ensure supporter understanding and quality standards
*Listen to welcome calls and review call notes to identify cancellations, negative feedback or supporter concerns
*Identify and flag certain indicators in line with compliance requirements
*Analyse trends and escalate concerns to internal stakeholders where required
*Maintain accurate records to support audits, reporting and client requirements
What We’re Looking For
*Strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and internal systems/CRM
*Comfortable working to a fixed routine and strict deadlines
*Strong communication skills and professionalism when working with partners
*Ability to spot trends, identify issues and take action appropriately
Experience in compliance, fundraising, call monitoring, QA or data review is beneficial, but not essential, full training will be provided.
