Finance Manager - High-Growth Creative Tech Business | Hybrid

Responsibilities:
*Overseeing day-to-day finance operations
*Managing AP/AR to ensure smooth delivery on client projects
*Weekly cashflow oversight
*Monthly management & investor reporting
*Leading forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
*Implementing robust financial controls
*Supporting and developing junior finance team members
*Partnering with teams across the UK and Australia
Requirements:
*Strong management accounting experience
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confidence managing multiple priorities at pace
*A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong internal relationships
*Proactive, solutions-driven approach
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
