Marketing Analytics Manager
London, hybrid 2 to 3 days per week, up to 90000 plus bonus and benefits
This is a high impact role where you will lead end to end marketing effectiveness work across multi million pound budgets, driving robust measurement, incrementality testing and attribution strategy. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, improving marketing ROI and bringing clarity to complex data environments.

Their analytics teams play a critical role in understanding performance, optimising spend and shaping commercial decision making. With a large, established analytics function and strong leadership support, they are now expanding their marketing measurement capability.
The Role
* Lead marketing analytics and measurement work across channels including top of funnel
* Manage a Senior Analyst and oversee delivery across MMM, incrementality testing and attribution
* Work with a third party MMM provider to build confidence in models and translate outputs into strategy
* Design incrementality tests and link learnings with last click and other attribution signals
* Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to optimise spend and justify investment across multi million pound budgets
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive data driven decision making and embed best practice
Your Skills And Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics and measurement
* Hands on exposure to MMM, attribution and incrementality testing
* Confident SQL skills and familiarity with Python
* Experience operating in large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups
* Ability to lead discussions with senior teams and influence marketing strategy
* Comfortable managing analysts and driving best practice across measurement

* Salary up to 90000 plus 10 percent discretionary bonus
