Recruit UK is working with a Financial Advice firm in Manchester that is looking to hire a Financial Adviser to support a new trading style offering full, regulated financial advice to the firm’s client base.
The Role
You will provide compliant, client-focused financial advice, delivering suitable recommendations and an ongoing advice service while meeting FCA standards and Consumer Duty expectations. You’ll manage cases end to end and provide clear MI to management.
All leads will be provided for you to follow up and convert, all with the flexibility of fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide regulated financial advice to clients requesting advice via Pensionhelp
*Gather and analyse client information to assess financial needs and objectives
*Deliver suitable, well-documented recommendations supported by clear reports
*Use analytical tools and data to support advice and comparisons
*Take ownership of cases through to completion or escalation
*Maintain accurate records and meet file quality and service standards
*Monitor workload, prioritise effectively, and provide MI to management
*Build strong internal relationships to support business flow
*Act at all times in line with FCA principles, Consumer Duty, and firm standards
Requirements
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice
*At least 2 years’ experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
*Approved FCA Person with Competent Adviser Status
*Strong technical knowledge and market awareness
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised, analytical, and detail-focused
*Strong Microsoft Office and client system skills
*Professional, ethical, enthusiastic, and approachable
