Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Internal Sales Executive for a busy well-established Courier Company based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area. The role can offer hybrid or full remote working.
What you’ll be doing:-
Master the Market: Conduct research to identify high-growth SMEs that need our transport and logistics expertise.
Build the Pipeline: Proactively reach out to prospects via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns to book discovery meetings.
Relationship Building: Support senior managers in preparing quotes and presentations, eventually leading your own client meetings.
CRM Management: Keep our existing database "tight and clean," ensuring every lead is followed up fast.
Commercial Learning: Learn to produce quotations and tenders, to provide targeted solutions to clients.
Requirements:-
Industry Experienced. You understand the international logistics industry already, perhaps having spent time in a Customer Services environment of a similar company and are now eager to progress.
Tenacious, Resilient & Adaptable: You aren’t afraid of the word "no" and thrive on the challenge of turning a cold lead into a warm one.
Great Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply while understanding each client’s needs, and have a professional manner over the phone and in person
Quick Learner: You have a genuine interest in how the industry operates, and finding solutions for clients that fit.
Organised: You can juggle multiple tasks and follow-ups without breaking a sweat.
