What you’ll be doing*Sourcing candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels
*Screening CVs and conducting confident, structured telephone interviews
*Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
*Using Excel, applicant tracking systems, and candidate/client database platforms to track activity and keep data up to date
*Supporting consultants with admin, compliance, and interview coordination
*Building strong candidate relationships and representing our brand professionally
