Optical Store Manager
Milton Keynes
Full-time | 39 hours per week
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Optical Store Manager to lead our established optical practice in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leadership, delivers exceptional patient care, and enjoys being rewarded for strong commercial performance.
The RoleYou’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to success while maintaining the highest standards of care and service.
Key responsibilities:
*Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
*Driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
*Delivering outstanding patient and customer experiences
*Managing rotas, recruitment, training, and performance
*Overseeing compliance, stock control, and operational standards
*Creating a positive, professional, and welcoming store environment
About You*Previous experience as an optical store manager
*Strong leadership and people-management skills
*Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
*Confident, organised, and customer-focused
*Passionate about delivering excellent service and care
