Job Description:
A global manufacturer of specialist medical and dental equipment is expanding its UK operation and is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager – Medical Equipment to support growth across the South of England, with a strong focus on London and surrounding areas.
This Territory Sales Manager – Medical Equipment role is field-based and centred on consultative, direct sales to dental and surgical professionals. You will take ownership of a defined territory, building strong clinical relationships and driving sustainable revenue.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a defined southern territory as a Territory Sales Manager – Medical Equipment
*Focus activity on clients in and around the London area
*Build long-term relationships with dental and surgical professionals
*Deliver in-person product demonstrations and consultations
*Advise customers on appropriate product selection based on clinical needs
*Develop new business while managing existing accounts
*Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets
*Plan and prioritise territory activity effectively
*Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
*Attend relevant trade shows and industry events
*Represent the business professionally at all times
Candidate Requirements
*Proven field sales experience within medical, dental or healthcare sectors
*Track record of selling to dentists, surgeons or clinical professionals
*Strong territory management and pipeline planning skills
*Confident presentation, negotiation and relationship-building ability
*Consultative, customer-focused sales approach
*Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
*Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South
Package & Benefits
*Basic salary up to £55,000
*£30,000 uncapped OTE
*Transparent commission scheme
*£650 per month car allowance
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
