Clinic Manager – Milton KeynesThe Role
The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in delivering a seamless, efficient, and high-quality clinical experience, while also supporting the commercial success of the store. Working closely with the Store Directors, you will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, manage patient flow, and ensure all departments consistently meet high standards of service and technical excellence.
A key focus of the role is improving clinic efficiency through the effective use of systems and technology, ensuring patients are seen promptly and waiting times are kept to a minimum. You will be responsible for completing, reviewing, and acting upon all required reports to support performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Team leadership and development sit at the heart of this position. You will lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service, driving performance through regular team meetings, training sessions, and structured feedback. You’ll also be responsible for onboarding and inducting new team members, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture, and supporting individual development through coaching and performance reviews.
