Part-time Reception - 3 days per week
Location – Mayfair
Type – To Start ASAP, Temporary (6 months)
Hours – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (circa 24 hours per week)
Salary - £20/hr - £22/hr

We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to step in and manage the front desk for a global investment firm. This is a part-time role working 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and perfect for an experienced candidate that can handle the day to day on the reception desk. You will be working for an international investment firm with a close-knit team in London.

What You’ll Do
• Managing the reception desk and front-of-house area
• Greeting and welcoming guests in a professional manner
• Coordinating and maintaining 4 external meeting rooms and 5 internal meeting rooms
• Ensuring office supplies are well stocked and the office remains tidy and organised
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Coordinating with PAs to arrange lunches, order groceries, and place office-related orders
