About the Role We are recruiting a compassionate Healthcare Assistant for a 25-bed residential care home providing person-centred, later-life care in a homely environment. The service focuses on dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities *Assist residents with personal care, maintaining dignity and respect
*Support daily living activities and routines
*Encourage residents to participate in activities and outings
*Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes to senior staff
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Promote a safe, supportive, and friendly environment
*Previous experience in a care role preferred, but not essential
*NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
*Enthusiastic, caring, and team-oriented
*Good communication skills with residents, families, and colleagues
*Genuine interest in improving the lives of older people
*£13.33 per hour, full-time
