About the Role We are recruiting an experienced Senior Care Assistant for a 25-bed residential care home that provides person-centred, later-life care in a homely environment. The service prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.

Key Responsibilities *Lead, support, and mentor care staff on shift
*Deliver compassionate, person-centred care
*Administer medication (training provided if required)
*Maintain accurate care records and documentation
*Promote a calm, safe, and supportive environment
*Engage residents in activities, outings, and daily life
*NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*Medication training (advantageous)
*Previous experience in a senior care role
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented
*Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and colleagues
*Genuine passion for improving the lives of older people
*£14.36 per hour, full-time
