Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Crupstall who are looking to appoint an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant or HLTA to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated practitioner who can support learning and make a positive impact in the classroom.
The Role: * Supporting teaching and learning across Upper KS2

* Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups

* Delivering interventions in English and Maths

* Supporting the class teacher with planning and classroom management

* Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Experience working in Upper Key Stage 2

* Strong English and Maths skills

* HLTA status or experience working at HLTA level (desirable)

* A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
